In the City of Vancouver, qualifying Passive House and Net Zero projects may be eligible for additional buildable floor area through performance-based floor-area exclusions.

Energycraft provides energy-advising and building-performance services throughout Vancouver Island. We support homeowners, builders and designers with EnerGuide evaluations, BC Energy Step Code modelling, blower-door testing, F280 calculations, mechanical coordination and Passive House consulting.

We work across the Island on new homes, renovations, multiplexes, modular buildings, and high-performance residential projects. Our practical, construction-focused approach helps project teams meet energy requirements while managing costs, improving comfort and avoiding unnecessary design complications.
