Our EnerGuide evaluations help homeowners understand how their home uses energy and which upgrades can provide the greatest improvement and return on investment.
Evaluations can include energy modelling, blower-door testing, an EnerGuide rating and practical recommendations for insulation, airtightness, windows, heating, cooling and ventilation.

We provide blower-door testing for new homes, renovations, multiplexes, modular buildings and Passive House projects.
Testing during construction helps identify air leakage while repairs are still accessible. Final testing verifies the completed building’s airtightness for Step Code, EnerGuide or Passive House requirements.

We provide CSA F280 heat-loss and heat-gain calculations for heat pumps, furnaces, boilers and radiant systems.
We can also assist with heat-pump sizing, HRV layouts, ventilation requirements and mechanical coordination. Aligning the mechanical design with the energy model helps improve comfort and avoid oversized equipment.
